The tongue is a muscle that needs to be exercised. Here are some exercises to do: Moving the tongue up and down (behind the teeth); from side to side (right check- left cheek); touching the back teeth (up and down, right to left)

Simple words must be practiced, such as : kata, kata, kata Pa, Pa, Pa Pata, Pata, Pata, Pataka, Pataka, Pataka.
